Supplement Centre UK Parcel Delivery

Our standard delivery service takes 2-4 working days and is free for orders over £75 (most orders are delivered in 2 working days).

Orders under £75 incur a £5.99 delivery fee for the standard service.

Express delivery is charged at £6.99 for any order value and will be delivered in 1-2 working days (most orders are delivered the next working day).

Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.

There is a delivery surcharge for Northern Ireland meaning delivery is £12.50 to this location.

Currently we Yodel delivery for both standard and express services.

 

Working Days 

Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Occasionally our delivery couriers and warehouse may work on weekends and bank holidays but this is not guaranteed. Our standard delivery days are Monday - Friday also. 

Despatch Time

If an item is in-stock and not a pre-order, then we'll do our best to despatch the same working day, if ordered by 2pm! For example, if you order after this time on a Friday, your order may not be despatched until the following Monday.

Pre-Order & Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock then it will show as sold out on the product page. If the product is due in soon then it will show as being available for pre-order. If you have a mixed basket (i.e. an in stock and pre-order item together) we will hold your order until the item is with us and send as 1 complete order. For any questions regarding your order just email us and we'll be happy to help!

The delivery service you chose at the checkout will then dictate the delivery time after it's with the courier. This notice will automatically disappear when stock is available to be despatched by 2pm the same day. 

Not Going To Be In?

Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location. 

 

Delivery Not On Time

In the rare event a delivery courier doesn't meet the expected service time or our warehouse does not fulfil your order by 2pm, it is understandably frustrating for you and us. Please note however, we cannot refund postage for these reasons. 

Can I Cancel An Order?

Once an order is placed online and paid for it gets locked for shipping. Once this has occurred it cannot be cancelled, you'll need to return for a refund. We can do our best to accommodate cancellations within working hours and 5 minutes of original transaction, but this is not guaranteed. 

Supplement Centre European (EU) Deliveries 

Due to the UK leaving the EU we do not currently offer delivery to countries in the EU. We hope to update this when we have more information.
